BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
For the enjoyment of the rest of the group, please be punctual.
Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, arrives after tour departure or gets stranded from the group for reasons beyond Artetours responsibility.
The below notice periods and cancellation policies apply to the following tours booked online. All notice periods reference time before tour departure:
“Private tours” & “Day Trip”
– 48 hours prior to the tour: 100% refundable, (except for commissions charged by the bank, if any)
– 48 hours to 24 hours prior to the tour: 50% refundable, (except for commissions charged by the bank, if any)
– 24 hours prior to the tour and no show: Non-refundable
– A €7,00 fee will be applied as management expenses

Some tours would not run in heavy rain or strong winds as public parks close.
We will then offer an alternative date or another tour. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Tours that can be affected:
“Magic Gardens of Seville” cannot run when public parks are closed. We will then offer alternative available dates.
Should a tour suffer any alterations, participants will be duly informed at the beginning of the tour by their licensed guide.
If a site in the tour could not be visited for reasons beyond Artetours, it will be replaced for another site within the same range or characteristics.
If you rent our radio guide system, please notice that a €50,00 penalty will be charged on lost units.
